2011-2014 Growth
ASIASEA Obtained AAA certification of corporate credit rating in 2012. In 2013, ASIASEA was elected as the vice-chairman unit of the China Fisheries Association. ASIASEA have integrated the characteristics of the traditional aquatic industry, and began to vigorously develop the digital industry.
2015-2019 Development
Since January 2016, ASIASEA have introduced round A and round B investments. Since 2018, ASIASEA has established joint ventures for seafood raw materials. In 2019, we wholly acquired Lemon Supply Chain Company, which strengthened our comprehensive cold chain performance capabilities.
2020 Industrialization
By 2020, ASIASEA has strengthened the development of diversified excellent products, innovated the information technology and cold chain logistics system, and refined the catering B2B and B2C solutions. In 2020, we cooperated with excellent catering enterprises to create the modes of catering retailing and supply chain standardization. By the end of 2020, ASIASEA wholly acquired the APFD plant, comprehensively strengthened the strategic layout of our shrimp industry chain. By the end of 2020, ASIASEA has launched a global strategy to integrate international brand marketing and inter-cooperation into our development plan.
